Each workout will have up to 6 exercises each day. You will perform 2 movements per song. Each Song will be represented as S1 or S2 and so on. So on S1 (song 1 you will perform whatever movements are listed for that song only).

Your goal is to just stay moving for the 3 songs. It doesn’t matter if you get 1 or 3 rounds through or 10 rounds through. Remember this is something that is doable for anyone and for those that are better just move faster.

What do I do if a commercial comes on? – keep performing whatever movement you are on.

Do I choose different songs each day? Do I choose certain songs each day?- Simply turn your favorite music on and start moving for 3 songs.

What if my songs last longer than 3 minutes, do I keep moving? The AVERAGE song last 3 min. when I created this program is was based on 3 songs so some days you will workout for 9 min some days you will workout for 14 min (music plus commercials). The point is not to even look at the clock just play the music and start moving.

What if I don’t have the equipment prescribed? I design just about all workouts with minimal equipment required. A great things to have is a pull up bar.
