Take part in something that has been tested and is achievable… no you won’t be competing in the next Olympics but you will go to work feeling like you haven’t in a long time. I am not saying you Can’t Train as intensely as you once had but the longterm price you pay for it isn’t worth it anymore. You need something thats easier on your joints and soft tissue but at the same time is challenging.  You feel like your ligaments and tendons need a rest from the constant tension from heavy loads. This is the plan for you. People that have started this love it, they love not having to spend hours in the gym but still getting a great workout in. To generally describe the workout so you have a sense what its about you can plan on light external loads on most exercises. Because the loads are considered light you can participate in them daily. What you would need is either sand bags or at the max 95# males and 75# females. This doesn’t mean that you have to have this amount of weight but that gives you an idea of the max amount of weight that we use.
